TRAINING GAS DEVELOPMENT & COMMERSIALIZATION

OVERVIEW

Gas development and commercial structures are endogenous. Determined by the underlying physical, economic, and institutional. As these conditions change, the structures change to economize. Business structure – who owns assets and how (participation, taxation, venture revenue sharing). Commercial structure – the institutions and conditions of exchange between businesses (regulated rates, contracts, markets). Merchant – trader that adds value with asset services. Three forces are leading to growth in gas field project:

  • Demand
  • Gas Field Costs
  • Markets
