TRAINING PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR PRODUCTION FACILITIES

DESCRIPTION

SKKMigas controls the management of KKKS activities through the WP&B approval mechanism, AFE (Pre Audit), Monitoring and controlling activities (Current Audit) and inspection of activity results (Post Audit). In building production facilities, KKKS with operational responsibilities must carry out conceptual studies, engineering, design and construction of production facilities with structured and directed management stages in accordance with good engineering principles.

Purpose and objectives:

• Management and supervision of each stage of the project in accordance with work objectives, technical specifications, applicable laws and regulations, implementation time, HSE, costs and quality that have been determined and can be accounted for.
• Coordination process between KKKS and SKKMigas for each stage of the project.
